With a new sound transducer, STELLAR.45, developed and manufactured in Heilbronn, Germany, the classic 'Beyerdynamic sound' is taken to new heights in studio headphones. This is due to the neodymium magnet as well as copper-clad, high-tech wiring. Combined with the newly developed three-layer speaker membrane with integrated damping layer and the balance between the electrical conductivity and the weight of the wire, which is unique, a high-efficiency driver system has been created that sounds great on all devices.
The innovative diaphragm structure controls the axial movement of the voice coil and ensures that it remains securely positioned in the magnetic gap even during high oscillations. Another advantage is a wide and natural frequency response. The transducer's fast response and the detailed transient response produced by the low coil weight create a sound that is always reliable and distortion-free even at high sound levels.

The robust spring steel headband design ensures that the over-ear headphones provide a secure fit and ensure durability. The supple velour ear pads are soft to the touch, as you would expect, and guarantee superior ventilation. The headband ergonomically adapts to the shape of the wearer's head using soft foam, and like the ear pads, these can be replaced as needed.
